Consulting agreement dated 1st September 2006, as amended (Agreement). Apache Khalda Corporation LDC desires to extend the term of the agreement from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
It’s agreed that the services to be performed by Wood under the terms of this agreement shall including but not be limited to the following:
Job Description:
Work under the supervision of KPC Drilling Manager and functions.
Duties:
Organize, plan and execute as required all drilling and completion operations including programs, logistics, permits, etc. as required by Company.
Work Schedule:
As required by Company. Normal 28/28 rotation while on assignment in Company’s concession areas. Schedule maybe varied at Company’s discretion.
